Khaleel is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Khaleel then completed his post-graduate studies at University of Rhode Island where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Khaleel’s clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedic and acute care rehabilitation. Throughout his clinical rotations, he has had the opportunity to treat patients through the lifespan including but not limited to pediatrics, late adolescence, and geriatric patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries including sports injuries, neurological injuries, MVA, and high fall risk patients. Khaleel is dry needling certified allowing use of this technique to address underlying tissue dysfunction to decrease pain and improve overall function.
Born and raised in Boston, Khaleel is a die hard Boston Celtics and New England Patriots fan. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing basketball, bike riding, running, and spending time with friends/family. Khaleel has completed a half marathon, triathlon and powerlifting competition.
