Beantown Physio - Brookline is located in the Brook House at the intersection of Route 9 and Brookline Avenue, just outside of Brookline Village. For the convenience of our patients, there is two-hour free street parking on Pond Avenue. The clinic is accessible via the MBTA Green Line “D” train at the Brookline Village stop or the MBTA Green Line “E” train at the Riverway stop. It is also located on the 66 Bus Route.
When entering the 33 Pond Avenue section of the Brook House, you will first need to check-in at the security desk. Our office is located down the corridor, past the elevators on the left-hand side.

Beantown Physio - West Roxbury is located at 1208B VFW Parkway, Route 1 in West Roxbury, MA, near the Newton-Dedham line and directly across from Home Depot. The location is easily accessible from many major highways, including Routes 1, 9, 95, 109 and 128. The facility is one mile east of Route 109, 3.5 miles from the intersection of Routes 128 and 93. It is approximately ¼ mile North from the VA Hospital West Roxbury Campus. The site has 330 free parking spaces and is convenient to MBTA bus routes 37 and 52.
The clinic is located at Suite 202 on the second floor of 1208B VFW Parkway. When entering the building, take the elevator to the second floor. Walk out of the elevator to the right down the hall to the end and take a left. Beantown Physio, Inc. - West Roxbury is the first door on the left. Signage is posted throughout the building for visitor guidance.
